"Mocanita 2008" Calendar

Part of "Mocanita" calendar collection the "CFF Viseu de Sus 2008" calendar is ready!

With beautiful pictures from the 2006 Summer until 2007 Spring you  have here a special year in images. Following the tradition we are getting used to Michael Schneeberger, the photographer, selected the most beautiful pictures made in the past year. For the first time you will find here some special pictures shooted in a different light that maybe you have never had on CFF Viseu de Sus forestry line. Special focus was on 764-421, "Elvetia" steam locomotive resulting unique images.

A special calendar part from the "Mocanita" calendar collection. Each year a new calendar will be designed and print out gathering the most beautiful pictures from the CFF Viseu de Sus.

Last year the "Mariuta 2006 Calendar" brought to you the most interesting aspects from this special locomotive restoration process and from its first month activity. This year you have twelve special landscapes that Mariuta (764-211), Cozia 1 (764-408), Krauss (763-193) or Cozia 2 (764-449) locomotives are passing through each month.

"Mariuta 2006" Calendar

The "Mariuta 2006" calendar was printed in 2005, the year when the steam locomotive anniversaries 95 years old since it was constructed. This is the first year when the locomotive is working again after almost 30 years of no operation.

Photographs are made by Michael Schneeberger and design is signed by Daniel Secarescu.

The 42x38 cm calendar was print in a special limited edition of only 100 copies.
